How we work
Every chandelier we sell is built after you order it, in the workshops we walk ourselves in Zhongshan, China. Here is exactly how an order runs.
1. Tell us the room
Send us the model you like along with your ceiling height, the span you want to fill and your delivery address. We come back with the exact price to your door, usually the same day. The prices on the site are a guide: the real figure depends on the delivery country and on how far the piece moves from standard.
2. Half now, half later
A 50% deposit puts your piece into production. The balance is due only when it is finished and ready to ship, never before.
3. It gets made
Three to four weeks on the bench. You get photographs as it goes, so you are never wondering what is happening.
4. We inspect it
We drive to the workshop, look at your chandelier in person, light it and film it. You see that film before anything is packed. Only then do we pay the workshop the balance.
5. Crated and shipped
Glass travels in a timber crate, not a cardboard box. We ship on DDP terms, which means import duty and taxes are paid by us before the piece reaches you. No customs bill ever lands on your doormat, and nothing is added at checkout — the quote is the total.
6. Delivered
Six to eight weeks from order to door for most pieces. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it at our cost.
