Welcome to Suka. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

We aim to display our products and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and small variations are normal in hand-finished jewellery. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order.

Orders

An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel and refund an order in full if a product is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud or an error.

Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery is typically 3–10 business days after dispatch, but all timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as international transit and customs are outside our control. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Wearing our jewellery

Our pieces are fashion jewellery made from brass, alloy, resin and stainless or sterling silver components, as stated on each product page. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the listed materials before ordering. Avoid contact with water, perfume and cosmetics to keep the finish intact.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, designs, and the Suka name and branding, belongs to us and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Use of the site

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Limitation of liability

Our products are intended for personal, decorative use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our products or website.
