Shipping Policy

Suka ships worldwide. Every order is packed by hand and sent with tracking.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery estimates

Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, wherever you are in the world. All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as transit times and customs handling vary by destination.

Shipping rates

Standard worldwide shipping is $4.99. Orders of $75 or more ship free. The exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to start updating.

Duties & taxes

Import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay (Delivered Duty Paid). There is nothing further to pay on delivery — the price at checkout is the final price.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Ordering for a date

If you are ordering for a birthday, gift or any other deadline, email us at info@getlumetune.com before ordering and we will tell you what is realistic.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch.
