Shipping policy
Shipping, duties and delivery
Nothing here is held in stock. Each chandelier is built in the workshop after you order it and shipped directly from Guangdong, China.
How long it takes
Six to eight weeks from order to door for most pieces: three to four weeks on the bench, then four to six weeks by sea. Larger or carved pieces can take seven to nine weeks, and we say so on the product page. Air freight is available when you are working to a date — tell us the date and we will price it separately.
Duties and taxes
We ship on DDP terms — delivered duty paid. Import duty and any import taxes are settled by us before your chandelier reaches the border. There is nothing to pay on delivery, no separate customs invoice, and nothing added at checkout: the figure we quote you is the total.
United Kingdom
Built to UK wiring standards, 220–240 V, and supplied with a UKCA declaration of conformity.
European Union
The same build and wiring as the UK, CE marked, with the declaration of conformity supplied. Import charges vary by country of delivery and are included in the price we quote.
United States
US orders are built as a separate 120 V version (nominal US mains, 110–127 V) and supplied with UL or ETL certification. Import tariffs on Chinese-made lighting are high and change frequently, so US deliveries are always quoted individually. Any state sales tax is applied at checkout where it is due.
How it arrives
Chandeliers travel in timber crates, not cardboard boxes. Delivery is to your door. Installation is not included and we recommend a qualified electrician; every piece ships with fitting instructions and the drop already cut to the ceiling height you gave us.
Delays outside our control
Carriers, customs inspections and weather occasionally add time we cannot predict. Where a delay is ours, the discount set out in our return and refund policy applies.
Your address
Please check the delivery address on your invoice. We cannot be responsible for a piece sent to an address you gave us incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, tell us immediately — we can usually correct it before the crate leaves the workshop.
