Shipping and duties
Why the price on the page is a guide
Every chandelier is made after you order it, so the figure shown on a product page is a starting point, not an invoice. Your quote is worked out from two things: the country we are delivering to — duty rates, import taxes and freight all differ — and how far your piece moves from the standard build, whether that is a larger diameter, a longer drop, a different finish or a change to the design itself. Send us the room and we come back with one number, landed at your door.
Nothing to pay on delivery
We ship worldwide from Guangdong, China, on DDP terms. DDP means delivered duty paid: import duty and any import taxes are settled by us before your chandelier reaches the border, and the carrier brings it to your door. You are never asked for money on delivery, there is no separate customs invoice, and nothing is added at checkout — the figure we quote is the total.
United Kingdom
Import duty and taxes are included in the price you are quoted. Pieces are built to UK wiring standards, 220–240 V, and supplied with a UKCA declaration of conformity.
European Union
The same wiring and the same CE-marked build as the UK. Import charges vary by country of delivery and are included in your quote, so the figure we send you is the figure you pay.
United States
US orders are built as a separate 120 V version and supplied with UL or ETL certification. Import tariffs on Chinese-made lighting are high and change often, so US deliveries are always quoted individually. Any state sales tax is handled at checkout where it applies.
How long it takes
Production is three to four weeks. Sea freight adds four to six weeks, which is why we quote six to eight weeks in total. Air freight is available when you need a piece sooner — tell us your date and we will price it.
Getting it into the room
Chandeliers travel in timber crates. Delivery is to your door; installation is not included, and we recommend a qualified electrician. Every piece ships with fitting instructions and the drop cut to the ceiling height you gave us.
