When we answer
Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00 GMT+8. We work from Guangzhou, China, so that is early morning to late morning in the United Kingdom. Enquiries sent overnight UK time are usually answered before your working day starts.
What to tell us
The piece you are interested in, your ceiling height, the span you want to fill, the country and postcode for delivery, and anything you want changed from the standard build. With that we can send you a firm price the same day.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email hello@sukadesign.com with your order number. We answer complaints within two working days and aim to resolve them within fourteen.
