Warranty and breakage

Glass breaks in transit sometimes. That is our problem, not yours.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph the crate and the piece and send the photographs to us within 72 hours of delivery. We remake or replace the damaged part at our cost, including the freight, and we do not ask you to pay anything twice.

Two-year warranty

Every chandelier is covered for two years against manufacturing faults — wiring, finish, fittings, the frame. We repair or replace. The warranty does not cover damage during installation, alterations by an electrician, or normal ageing of a hand-applied finish.

Made to order, so think it through

Each piece is built in the size, drop and finish you choose, which means it cannot simply be resold to someone else. For that reason made-to-order chandeliers are not returnable once production has started. Before you commit we will send dimensions, finish samples on request, and a film of the finished piece — ask for anything you need to be sure.
