Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If a piece is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and inserts.

Earrings and pierced jewellery

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, in line with your statutory rights.

How to start a return

Email info@getlumetune.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address before you send anything back — please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Return shipping

As we ship internationally, return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email when it has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item under this policy and place a new order for the piece you want.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including, for UK and EU customers, the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Sealed goods returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene are excluded once unsealed.
